Professional end of tenancy cleaning in London

An end of tenancy clean has one job: meeting the standard your check-out inventory is judged against, so you have the strongest possible case for a full deposit return. We clean the entire property to that check-out / inventory standard — not a quick once-over. Every room is covered, with particular attention to the kitchen and bathrooms where most deposit deductions are made: the oven is degreased inside and out, limescale is stripped from taps, tiles and glass, internal windows are left streak-free, and skirting boards, doors and light fittings are wiped down. Every booking is backed by our 72-hour re-clean guarantee, so if anything is flagged on the check-out report, we come straight back and put it right at no cost.

Fully insured London teams handle every job, and we back each one with a 72-hour re-clean guarantee. Therefore, if your agent or landlord flags anything on the check-out report, we return and put it right at no extra cost. You will always have a clear, fixed price, since we confirm it before we begin.

Because we work across the capital, we cover every London borough — from Clapham and Battersea to Hackney and Ealing. See our full list of areas we cover, view transparent prices, or request your free quote now.

End of Tenancy Cleaning — common questions

What's the difference between end of tenancy cleaning and a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a lived-in home tidy. An end of tenancy clean returns an empty property to its move-in, check-out / inventory standard — including the oven, limescale, inside cupboards, skirting and internal windows — so it stands up to a letting agent's check-out inspection.
Do I need professional end of tenancy cleaning, or can I do it myself?
Since the Tenant Fees Act 2019 you can't be forced to pay for professional cleaning, so you can do it yourself. But the oven and bathroom limescale are hard to bring to check-out standard without professional kit, and a professional clean comes with a receipt and our 72-hour re-clean guarantee.
Does end of tenancy cleaning include the oven and carpets?
The oven, hob and extractor are degreased as standard in every end of tenancy clean. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is an optional add-on from £60 — often required where carpets were professionally cleaned at move-in, so check your tenancy agreement.
