These terms apply to end of tenancy cleaning and related services provided by End of Tenancy Cleaning London.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative guide prices. We confirm a fixed, all-in price with you before any work begins. That agreed price will not change unless the work required differs materially from what was described when quoting.

Bookings

Appointments are arranged by mutual agreement. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to rearrange so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Our work

We take great care in your property and clean to the check-out / inventory standard. Very occasionally, pre-existing damage or wear may only become visible once an area is cleaned; this is not caused by our work.

72-hour re-clean guarantee

If your letting agent or landlord flags any cleaning issue on the check-out inventory within 72 hours of our visit, let us know and we will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge. The guarantee covers cleaning only and does not cover damage, repairs or items outside the agreed scope of work.

Insurance

We are fully insured. Any concern relating to our work should be raised with us promptly so we can resolve it.
